suhu79 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Where AML investigations are ongoing, withdrawal processing may be suspended until the investigation is concluded. Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, during which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page and begin from the date and time the bonus is credited to your Account.
suhu79 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds the maximum stake permitted for that market, where a technical error has generated an incorrect price, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the underlying event. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player's bet slip or game history.
In the event of a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, software error, or any other platform error that results in a bet being accepted or a game outcome being generated incorrectly, suhu79 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Players' Balances. Maximum payout limits apply to all bet types and are published on the relevant game or market information pages. Disputes regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game round must be submitted to our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the event's conclusion. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. suhu79's decision on all disputed outcomes, made after review of available evidence including server-side game logs and official sporting authority results, shall be final and binding.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing an Account closure, suhu79 will confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests, outstanding bonus wagering requirements, or open bets that require resolution. Your real-money Balance at the time of verified Account closure will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon Account termination, all Bonus Funds, free spins, and loyalty points are immediately forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
